RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We do not currently accept any returns or exchanges. 

 

SHIPPING

Once shipped, Willworks is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods. Please contact your local USPS or UPS regarding any issues after the item has been shipped. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages are up to the buyer/customer to file a claim.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If for some reason you need to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hours of purchase. Once an item has been marked as shipped & you have been provided a tracking number an order can not be cancelled. To cancel an order please send us an email.

 

ORDER CHANGES

Please make sure to verify your order before completing your purchase. If a mistake has been made, you have up to 24hrs to make adjustments. To make adjustments please notify us by email.

 

DISCOUNT CODES

Any discount codes must be presented at checkout to be valid. Discount codes are not valid on previous purchases.
